Return & Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, all sheer tights are final sale once the packaging has been opened. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened items unless the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Eligible Returns & Refunds We will gladly accept returns or offer a refund in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or quality issue
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible, items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging unless the claim is due to a product quality or defect issue.
How to Request a Return or Refund To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@lynwoodtex.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–8 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Unopened Items Unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@lynwoodtex.com to arrange this.
