You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

3. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

4. Accuracy of Information We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

5. Shipping & Delivery All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total. We ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States. We may add additional shipping destinations without prior notice.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, sheer tights cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Payment We accept payments via Shopify Payments and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations or laws, or to infringe upon the rights of others.

9. Limitation of Liability LynwoodTex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
